Shipping & Returns
All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Other forms of payment include PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay. If you have questions about payment please use the contact page to send an email.
There is a 5.5% tax applied on all orders shipped to Wisconsin.
Processing Time Orders are shipped within 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information at the time your order is packed for mailing. Packages are shipped USPS and arrive in 1-5 business days after shipment date, depending on method shipped (First Class, Priority or Express). Due to current circumstances with COVID-19, mail processes are moving slower than normal. Shipments may take up to 6 weeks to arrive to any location in the U.S.
Expedited Orders If an order is needed sooner, please choose expedited (USPS Priority Mail Express) shipping at checkout. Expedited orders are shipped asap. Leave a message if you need it by a certain date and I will do my best to accommodate your request or give you the option to cancel.
Cancelling An Order Orders may be cancelled before the order ships. Once an order has shipped the items must be returned to receive a refund. At this point only the item price will be refunded, not the shipping.
Import Fees Please be aware of your country’s import fees (VAT). Buyers are responsible for paying for their own country’s customs tax.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returning an order If you decide the item(s) are just not for you, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to let me know you will be returning your order. Items must be in their original unworn/ unused condition. A refund will be granted in the amount of the purchase price without the shipping, once the items are received in house. Due to the nature of digital items, gift cards and digital products are not refundable.
Inaccurate Postage Address Should a package get returned because of an inaccurate shipping address or a rejected delivery, you will receive an email as soon as the package arrives. You will have the option to receive a refund without the shipping or to repay the shipping to have the package re-delivered.
Damaged or lost in Shipping If an item becomes damaged in shipping please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item. If an item is lost in the mail or damaged I will offer to refund or replace the item.
