Weaving Stick Shuttles

Easily and quickly pass your yarn through your weaving with this beautifully made stick shuttle. Each end is tapered to help the shuttle glide through the warp. This makes it easy to pick up warp threads if needed as well. Sold individually, but are most useful in pairs or more when weaving with multiple colors.

Available in 10", 14" or 18" (25cm, 35cm, 45cm) lengths. If you are new to using stick shuttles choose the length that best suits the width of your loom. The shuttle should measure about the same or slightly longer than the width of the loom.

Made from highly durable and sustainably sourced tigerwood from South America. The alluring grainy texture of the wood ranges from rich, deep browns to pale browns with reddish shades in between. The range of colors will complement just about any loom color. The strength of the wood gives it a good weight without feeling too heavy. Each piece was hand cut by machine and hand sanded to an incredibly smooth finish by an American artisan and took months to complete. It will last you a lifetime and beyond. The perfect heirloom piece.
